My name is Courtney Bellais and I was born and raised in a small town called Ocean Springs. I am twenty years old and have lived in Ocean Springs my whole life. Once I graduated high school, I went straight to a junior college called MGCCC where I completed my first two years. I decided to attend University of South Alabama after I had many friends that enjoyed going to the school, and since it’s not too far from home I figured it would be a good choice. For my first semester I will be commuting, but in January I wish to be a full time student and live on campus.
When I was in high school I played volleyball, soccer, and ran track/cross-country, so I would consider myself athletic and very interested in sports. I loved the high school I went to and my teachers are the ones who inspired me to go into the education field, so I have decided to teach health education. I am also your typical girl, I love to shop, go out with my friends, and enjoy a nice day at the beach. I still live at home with my wonderful family including my mom, step-dad, brother, and three dogs. Most of my time is spent either working at hooters, at my best friend Tess’s house, or working out in the gym. My main goal in life is to just be successful, which who’s isn’t, but I don’t look at success as being loaded with money. I mainly want to get my degree, live a healthy life, and someday have a beautiful family.
